As a consultant valuer and Recognised European Valuer (REV) Michael’s services are called upon from many quarters nowadays. His expertise across commercial, agricultural and development land ensures that he can offer a full range of services to clients regardless of their asset portfolio.

 

Michael provides a number of valuations to financial institutions, property developers (using development appraisal software Argus), semi-state bodies, corporate entities and charitable organisations. Michael regularly acts in family law matters, CPO acquisitions and provides expert witness testimony.
